United States Shipping
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and affordable delivery.
We try to process orders within 3 business days. However, some orders may take 10 to 14 business days due to order processing and inventory control.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before purchase is completed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS and may take up to 24 hours to appear and/or update.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, USPS service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, holidays or peak shipping seasons.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly using the tracking number. For lost or damaged shipments, USPS claims may be filed when applicable.
Regarding International Purchases
- We welcome orders from outside of North America. Please be aware that we have no control over the Postal Services overseas, orders are sent uninsured and entirely at purchaser's risk. The USPS First-Class International mail is generally not a trackable service.
- Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to VAT, import duties/taxes, and collection charges that can be levied once the order enters your country.
- All such charges are the responsibility of the customer, and by placing an order outside of the USA you acknowledge that you know that taxes, duties or other related charges could be applicable upon arrival in your country, and that you agree to pay for them if you are asked to do so by FedEx or the Postal Service.
- If packages are refused by customer on delivery (refusal to pay customs taxes and/or not collected) and come back to us, we will refund the order less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
